Responsibilities
- Assist licensed plumbers with installation, repair, and maintenance of residential/commercial plumbing systems
- Perform pipe fitting, fixture repair, and drain cleaning under supervision
- Read blueprints and technical manuals to understand job requirements
- Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Prepare job sites, organize tools, and maintain clean work areas
- Participate in 24/7 emergency call rotation for urgent repairs
- Document work orders and maintain accurate service records
Qualifications
- No prior plumbing experience required - we train from day one!
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Reliable transportation to job sites across San Antonio
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
