Responsibilities
- Assist senior plumbers with installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems
- Learn to diagnose plumbing issues using diagnostic tools and techniques
- Perform pipe fitting, fixture installation, and drain clearing under supervision
- Adhere to safety protocols, building codes, and company standards
- Document work orders and maintain clean job sites
- Participate in on-the-job training programs and skill development workshops
- Support emergency plumbing services as needed
Qualifications
- No prior plumbing experience required – we train motivated beginners!
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean record
- Physical ability to work in confined spaces, lift 50+ lbs, and stand for extended periods
- Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude
- Reliable transportation to job sites across San Antonio
- Willingness to obtain Texas plumbing apprentice certification within 6 months
- Positive attitude and commitment to learning the trade
