Responsibilities
- Install and repair residential plumbing systems under supervision
- Assist with pipe fitting, drainage, and water supply line projects
- Perform basic fixture installations (sinks, toilets, water heaters)
- Follow safety protocols and maintain clean work environments
- Complete apprenticeship modules and skill assessments
- Support senior plumbers during emergency service calls
- Learn diagnostic techniques for common plumbing issues
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
- Basic tool knowledge (wrenches, pipe cutters, etc.)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Willingness to obtain required state certifications
- No experience necessary – full training provided
- Background check and drug screen required
