Responsibilities
- Assist senior plumbers with installation, repair, and maintenance of residential plumbing systems
- Perform basic pipefitting, fixture replacements, and drain cleaning
- Follow safety protocols and maintain clean work sites
- Use diagnostic tools to identify plumbing issues
- Complete service reports and document work performed
- Participate in ongoing skills training programs
- Provide excellent customer service during home visits
Qualifications
- No prior plumbing experience required – we provide comprehensive training!
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
