Responsibilities
- Assist senior plumbers with installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems
- Perform diagnostic checks on pipes, fixtures, and drainage systems
- Prepare job sites and ensure compliance with safety protocols
- Use hand/power tools and plumbing equipment under supervision
- Complete work orders and maintain accurate job documentation
- Provide exceptional customer service and clear communication
- Participate in ongoing training programs to develop technical skills
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Reliable transportation to job sites across Detroit, TX
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends
- No prior plumbing experience required
