Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain residential plumbing systems under supervision
- Learn to read blueprints and technical schematics
- Perform drain cleaning, pipefitting, and fixture repairs
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and local building codes
- Assist in emergency plumbing services and routine maintenance
- Use diagnostic tools and plumbing equipment safely
- Document work orders and maintain service records
Qualifications
- No plumbing experience required – we train from scratch!
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Reliable transportation to job sites across El Paso
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Willingness to complete paid apprenticeship program
