Responsibilities
- Install and repair pipes, fixtures, and plumbing systems under supervision
- Assist with diagnosing plumbing issues and implementing solutions
- Perform routine maintenance checks and preventative plumbing services
- Ensure all work complies with Tennessee plumbing codes and regulations
- Maintain clean, safe job sites and properly use tools/equipment
- Participate in ongoing skills training and certification programs
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate professionally with clients
Qualifications
- No prior plumbing experience required - training provided!
- Valid Tennessee driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
- Strong work ethic and punctuality with zero tolerance for no-shows
- Basic math and measurement skills for accurate installations
- Willingness to obtain Tennessee plumbing license within 18 months
- Pass background check and drug screening (company policy)
- Commitment to weekend/evening work during emergencies
