Responsibilities
- Assist senior plumbers in residential and commercial installations
- Learn pipe fitting, drain cleaning, and fixture repair techniques
- Follow safety protocols and maintain clean work sites
- Use diagnostic tools to identify plumbing issues
- Complete hands-on training modules weekly
- Participate in on-call rotation after certification
- Document service reports and material usage
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Texas driver's license (or ability to obtain)
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
- Pass background check and drug screening
