Responsibilities
- Assist master plumbers with residential/commercial installations
- Learn pipe fitting, drainage systems, and fixture repairs
- Perform basic plumbing maintenance and troubleshooting
- Follow safety protocols and building codes
- Document work orders and inventory usage
- Participate in ongoing skills training
- Maintain clean job sites and equipment
Qualifications
- No experience required – we train everyone!
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid Michigan driver's license
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Pass background check and drug screening
