Responsibilities
- Assist licensed plumbers with installation, repair, and maintenance tasks
- Learn and follow plumbing codes, safety protocols, and company procedures
- Prepare job sites, transport tools/equipment, and maintain cleanliness
- Diagnose basic plumbing issues under supervision
- Build customer relationships through professional communication
- Complete documentation and inventory management duties
Qualifications
- No plumbing experience required – training provided!
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Strong problem-solving and mechanical aptitude
- Commitment to safety and customer service excellence
- Willingness to obtain required certifications within 6 months
- Drug-free and able to pass background check
