Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems under supervision
- Assist senior plumbers with pipefitting, fixture installation, and drain clearing
- Follow safety protocols and building codes on job sites
- Operate hand/power tools and diagnostic equipment
- Complete daily job reports and inventory tracking
- Participate in weekend emergency call rotations after training
Qualifications
- No prior plumbing experience required
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Willingness to obtain Texas plumbing license within 12 months
