Responsibilities
- Assist licensed plumbers with residential and commercial installations, repairs, and maintenance
- Learn to diagnose plumbing issues using diagnostic tools and equipment
- Perform pipe fitting, fixture repairs, and drain cleaning under supervision
- Maintain clean and organized job sites and company vehicles
- Adhere to all safety protocols and building codes
- Complete apprenticeship coursework and skill assessments
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Physical ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends/after-hours
- No prior plumbing experience required - training provided
- Pass background check and drug screening
