Responsibilities
- Assist senior plumbers with residential and commercial installations/repairs
- Learn pipefitting, drain clearing, and fixture maintenance techniques
- Operate basic plumbing tools safely under supervision
- Follow local plumbing codes and safety protocols
- Prepare job sites and clean up after work completion
- Build customer rapport through professional communication
- Complete training modules for skill progression
Qualifications
- No plumbing experience required – we train from scratch!
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to pursue Texas plumbing license within 2 years
- Flexible availability for emergency calls
