Responsibilities
- Assist master plumbers with installation, repair, and maintenance of residential and commercial plumbing systems
- Perform basic pipe fitting, fixture assembly, and drainage troubleshooting under supervision
- Operate and maintain plumbing tools, equipment, and safety gear
- Adhere to strict safety protocols, building codes, and industry standards
- Document work orders, materials used, and job progress accurately
- Participate in ongoing skills training and certification programs
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain professional appearance
Qualifications
- No prior plumbing experience required – we train from the ground up!
- Valid California driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Reliable transportation to job sites across Los Angeles County
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Willingness to work flexible hours including occasional weekends
- Pass background check and drug screening
- High school diploma or equivalent required
