Responsibilities
- Assist senior plumbers with residential and commercial installations/repairs
- Learn and apply plumbing techniques for pipe fitting, fixture repair, and drain cleaning
- Maintain job site cleanliness and safety protocols
- Operate and maintain plumbing tools and equipment under supervision
- Document work progress and assist with inventory management
- Participate in ongoing training programs for skill development
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Willingness to obtain required certifications (company-sponsored)
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends/on-call rotations
