Responsibilities
- Assist senior plumbers with installation, repair, and maintenance of residential plumbing systems
- Perform pipe fitting, fixture repair, drain cleaning, and water heater maintenance
- Follow safety protocols and building codes at all job sites
- Transport tools and equipment safely between locations
- Complete work orders and documentation accurately
- Participate in ongoing skills training and certification programs
Qualifications
- No plumbing experience required - we train motivated candidates
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
- Basic hand tool knowledge preferred but not required
