Responsibilities
- Assist senior plumbers in residential and commercial installations
- Learn pipefitting, fixture repairs, and system diagnostics
- Perform basic plumbing maintenance and troubleshooting
- Adhere to safety standards and building codes
- Complete apprenticeship coursework and skills assessments
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Document work progress and inventory usage
Qualifications
- No plumbing experience required – training provided
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours (including weekends)
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Pass background check and drug screening
