Responsibilities
- Assist licensed plumbers with residential/commercial installations and repairs
- Perform diagnostic evaluations of plumbing systems using specialized tools
- Install/replace pipes, fixtures, and water heaters following safety protocols
- Document work orders and maintain clean job sites
- Participate in ongoing skills development workshops
- Collaborate with team members to resolve plumbing emergencies
Qualifications
- No prior plumbing experience required—training provided!
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid Florida driver's license
- Physical ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
- Basic hand tool knowledge preferred
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Reliable transportation to job sites
