Responsibilities
- Assist licensed plumbers with residential and commercial plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance
- Perform basic pipefitting, fixture replacements, and drain cleaning under supervision
- Follow safety protocols and adhere to local plumbing codes and regulations
- Use hand/power tools effectively and maintain organized job sites
- Diagnose plumbing issues and assist in developing repair solutions
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate clearly with homeowners/clients
- Complete documentation and inventory management for assigned projects
Qualifications
- No prior plumbing experience required – we provide paid training!
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
- Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screening
- Willingness to obtain required certifications (company-sponsored)
