Responsibilities
- Install and repair residential plumbing systems under expert supervision
- Assemble pipes, fittings, and fixtures using blueprints and schematics
- Perform diagnostic tests to identify plumbing issues
- Maintain clean and safe job sites per OSHA standards
- Assist in emergency plumbing calls during on-call rotations
- Document work orders and material usage accurately
- Participate in weekly skills training and safety workshops
Qualifications
- No plumbing experience required - we train from scratch!
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
- Reliable transportation to job sites across Phoenix Valley
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Willingness to pursue optional state plumbing certification
