Responsibilities
- Assist senior plumbers with installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems
- Learn to diagnose and resolve common plumbing issues (leaks, clogs, fixture repairs)
- Perform pipefitting, drain cleaning, and water heater maintenance under supervision
- Follow safety protocols and maintain clean, organized job sites
- Use and maintain plumbing tools and equipment
- Complete paperwork and documentation accurately
- Develop expertise in local plumbing codes and regulations
Qualifications
- No prior plumbing experience required – we train from the ground up!
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Physical ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Reliable transportation to job sites across Philadelphia
- Willingness to obtain required plumbing certifications (company-sponsored)
