Responsibilities
- Assist licensed plumbers with residential and commercial plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance
- Learn to diagnose plumbing issues using diagnostic tools and blueprints
- Perform pipe fitting, drain clearing, fixture repairs, and water heater maintenance
- Adhere to safety protocols and local plumbing codes during all operations
- Maintain organized workspaces and properly store tools/equipment
- Document work progress and communicate effectively with team leads
- Participate in ongoing training to master new techniques and technologies
Qualifications
- No prior plumbing experience required – we provide full training!
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
