Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems under supervision
- Assist with diagnosing plumbing issues and performing repairs
- Follow safety protocols and building codes during all tasks
- Operate hand/power tools and equipment safely
- Support senior plumbers in residential and commercial projects
- Complete job site cleanup and documentation
- Participate in ongoing skills training programs
Qualifications
- No prior plumbing experience required
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
- Strong problem-solving and mechanical aptitude
- Willingness to complete paid apprenticeship program
