Responsibilities
- Assist senior plumbers with residential/commercial installations, repairs, and maintenance
- Learn diagnostic techniques for plumbing systems (pipes, fixtures, water heaters)
- Operate tools safely: pipe cutters, wrenches, drain snakes, and inspection cameras
- Follow safety protocols and OSHA standards on all job sites
- Maintain clean work areas and proper tool inventory
- Document service reports and material usage accurately
- Participate in weekly skills development workshops
Qualifications
- No plumbing experience required – we train from the ground up!
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screening
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to obtain state plumbing license within 2 years
