Responsibilities
- Assist senior plumbers with installation, repair, and maintenance of residential plumbing systems
- Perform drain cleaning, pipe repairs, and fixture replacements under supervision
- Learn to diagnose plumbing issues using diagnostic tools and inspection methods
- Maintain clean and safe work environments at all job sites
- Follow plumbing codes, safety protocols, and company procedures
- Participate in ongoing training programs to develop technical skills
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate clearly with homeowners
Qualifications
- No prior plumbing experience required – we train from the ground up!
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs, work in tight spaces, and stand for extended periods
- Strong work ethic and punctuality with a commitment to quality
- Basic hand tool knowledge preferred but not mandatory
- Willingness to obtain plumbing certifications (company-sponsored)
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn new skills
