Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems under supervision
- Assist with diagnosing pipe leaks, clogs, and fixture malfunctions
- Follow safety protocols and OSHA standards for job sites
- Use hand/power tools and equipment appropriately
- Document service reports and inventory usage
- Collaborate with senior plumbers on residential and commercial projects
- Participate in ongoing skills development and certification courses
Qualifications
- No prior plumbing experience required
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Strong problem-solving and mechanical aptitude
- Willingness to complete paid apprenticeship program
- Background check and drug screen required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic math and measurement skills
