Responsibilities
- Assist senior plumbers with residential and commercial plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance
- Perform basic plumbing tasks under supervision including pipe fitting, fixture repair, and drain clearing
- Learn and apply plumbing codes, safety protocols, and best practices
- Prepare job sites, transport materials, and maintain clean work areas
- Document service reports and maintain inventory of tools and supplies
- Participate in ongoing training programs to develop technical skills
- Provide exceptional customer service and communication with clients
Qualifications
- No prior plumbing experience required - we'll train you!
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Physical ability to work in confined spaces, lift 50+ lbs, and stand for extended periods
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and emergency calls
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
- Pass background check and drug screening
