Responsibilities
- Assist licensed plumbers with installations, repairs, and maintenance tasks
- Prepare job sites and organize plumbing materials/equipment
- Perform basic pipe fitting, fixture assembly, and system testing
- Follow safety protocols and maintain clean work environments
- Document work progress and complete daily reporting forms
- Learn and apply plumbing codes and best practices
- Transport tools and materials between job sites
Qualifications
- No prior plumbing experience required - full training provided
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Basic hand tool knowledge (wrenches, saws, drills)
- Willingness to obtain plumbing certification within 6 months
