Responsibilities
- Assist senior plumbers with the installation, repair, and maintenance of residential and commercial plumbing systems.
- Perform basic pipe cutting, threading, and fitting under supervision.
- Utilize hand and power tools (pipe wrenches, soldering torches, etc.) safely and efficiently.
- Communicate effectively with customers to explain issues and provide solutions.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards at all times.
- Adhere to all local building codes and safety regulations.
- Transport materials and equipment to job sites as needed.
Qualifications
- No prior plumbing experience required. We value attitude and work ethic over experience.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Physically capable of lifting heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and working in confined spaces or outdoor elements.
- Valid Texas driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Basic reading and math skills for measuring and following instructions.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
