Responsibilities
- Assist senior plumbers with residential and commercial plumbing installations
- Learn diagnostic techniques for pipe repairs, fixture replacements, and drain clearing
- Follow safety protocols and maintain clean work environments
- Use and maintain plumbing tools, equipment, and materials
- Complete basic maintenance tasks under supervision
- Participate in ongoing training programs to develop technical skills
- Document work progress and communicate with team leads
Qualifications
- No prior plumbing experience required – we train from the ground up
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Commitment to safety and willingness to learn industry standards
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
- Positive attitude and team player mentality
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
