Responsibilities
- Assist senior plumbers with installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems
- Learn to diagnose plumbing issues using diagnostic tools and techniques
- Perform pipe fitting, fixture replacement, and drain cleaning under supervision
- Adhere to safety protocols and building codes in all work environments
- Maintain clean and organized job sites and company vehicles
- Develop expertise in plumbing tools, materials, and best practices
- Provide excellent customer service and clear communication with clients
Qualifications
- No prior plumbing experience required – we train from the ground up!
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and work in confined spaces
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
