Responsibilities
- Assist licensed plumbers in residential and commercial plumbing installations
- Learn to operate plumbing tools and equipment safely
- Perform pipe cutting, threading, and assembly under supervision
- Support fixture repairs and water heater installations
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and building codes
- Maintain clean job sites and proper tool maintenance
- Document work progress and inventory usage
- Participate in evening/weekend emergency call rotations
Qualifications
- No plumbing experience required - training provided
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to obtain plumbing certification within 12 months
