Responsibilities
- Assist senior plumbers with installation, repair, and maintenance tasks
- Learn and apply plumbing codes, safety protocols, and best practices
- Operate tools and equipment under supervision (pipe cutters, wrenches, etc.)
- Perform basic diagnostic functions for plumbing systems
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Complete apprenticeship training modules as assigned
- Provide excellent customer service during client interactions
Qualifications
- No experience required - we provide all training
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Physical ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
- Strong willingness to learn technical skills
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Drug-free and able to pass background check
- Responsible punctual work ethic
