Responsibilities
- Assist senior plumbers with installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems
- Perform diagnostic evaluations and basic troubleshooting under supervision
- Prepare job sites, transport materials, and maintain equipment
- Adhere to safety protocols and building codes at all times
- Document work orders and maintain inventory of supplies
- Provide exceptional customer service and clear communication
- Complete continuing education modules to develop technical skills
Qualifications
- No prior plumbing experience required
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and work in confined spaces
- Strong problem-solving and mechanical aptitude
- Willingness to obtain Tennessee plumbing certification within 6 months
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
- Flexibility to work weekends/evenings for emergency calls
- Pass background check and drug screening
