Responsibilities
- Assist licensed plumbers with pipe installation, repair, and maintenance tasks
- Perform basic plumbing system diagnostics and troubleshooting
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently
- Follow plumbing codes, safety protocols, and company procedures
- Prepare work areas and clean up after completing jobs
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members
- Complete paperwork and documentation accurately
Qualifications
- No plumbing experience required – we provide paid training!
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
- Strong problem-solving and mechanical aptitude
- Willingness to obtain Texas plumbing license within 6 months
- Pass background check and drug screening
