Responsibilities
- Assist senior plumbers with installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems
- Perform basic pipe fitting, fixture installation, and drain cleaning under supervision
- Conduct preliminary plumbing inspections and system diagnostics
- Maintain clean and organized job sites following safety protocols
- Document work progress and material usage using digital tools
- Participate in weekly training sessions to develop technical skills
- Support emergency plumbing calls during on-call rotations
Qualifications
- No prior plumbing experience required – training provided
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Basic hand tool knowledge preferred but not required
