Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain residential plumbing systems under supervision
- Assist with fixture replacements (faucets, toilets, water heaters)
- Perform pipe inspections using diagnostic tools
- Follow safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Load/unload service vehicles and maintain inventory
- Document work orders and client interactions
- Participate in paid on-the-job training programs
Qualifications
- No experience required - we provide paid training!
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Basic hand tool proficiency
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Willingness to obtain required state certifications
- Reliable transportation to service locations
