Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain residential plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and water heaters
- Perform drain cleaning, leak detection, and pipe replacement services
- Conduct plumbing inspections and provide diagnostic reports to customers
- Operate power tools, diagnostic equipment, and trenching machinery safely
- Adhere to Arizona plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Provide excellent customer service and explain repairs clearly to homeowners
- Assist senior plumbers with emergency calls and after-hours service
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn technical skills
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs, work in confined spaces, and climb ladders
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Reliable transportation to job sites across Phoenix metro
- Drug-free and able to pass background check
- Desire to grow into licensed plumber position with company support
