Responsibilities
- Assist licensed plumbers with residential and commercial installations
- Learn pipe fitting, fixture repair, and drainage system maintenance
- Perform diagnostic plumbing inspections and basic troubleshooting
- Adhere to safety protocols and building codes
- Use hand/power tools effectively and maintain equipment
- Document work orders and communicate with clients
- Participate in apprenticeship training programs
Qualifications
- No plumbing experience required – we train from scratch!
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Strong work ethic and commitment to safety
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Willingness to obtain plumbing certification within 6 months
