Responsibilities
- Assess plumbing systems and diagnose issues under supervision
- Install pipes, fixtures, appliances, and water systems
- Perform repairs on faucets, drains, water heaters, and sewer lines
- Adhere to safety protocols and building codes
- Maintain clean work sites and company equipment
- Complete documentation for service reports and inventory
- Participate in ongoing skills training programs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Washington driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to obtain Washington plumbing license within 6 months
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Team player with excellent communication skills
