As an entry-level plumber, you'll work alongside experienced technicians to diagnose plumbing issues, install fixtures, and maintain water systems. Responsibilities
- Assist senior plumbers in diagnosing and repairing residential plumbing systems
- Install and maintain water heaters, sinks, toilets, and pipe networks
- Perform routine maintenance checks on plumbing infrastructure
- Adhere to safety protocols and building codes during all operations
- Document service reports and maintain organized work areas
- Participate in emergency plumbing calls as needed
- Complete apprenticeship training modules and certification requirements
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Washington State driver's license
- Basic hand tool proficiency and mechanical aptitude
- Willingness to complete state-mandated apprenticeship program
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in confined spaces
- Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Plumbing certification preferred but not required
