Responsibilities
- Assist senior plumbers with installation, repair, and maintenance of residential plumbing systems
- Learn to diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues under mentorship
- Prepare job sites, organize tools, and maintain equipment cleanliness
- Follow safety protocols and maintain OSHA compliance standards
- Complete basic pipefitting, fixture repair, and drain cleaning tasks
- Document work orders and maintain service records accurately
- Participate in ongoing skills development and certification programs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
