Responsibilities
- Assist senior plumbers with residential and commercial installations, repairs, and maintenance
- Learn to diagnose plumbing issues using diagnostic tools and inspection methods
- Install, repair, and maintain pipes, fixtures, and water systems under supervision
- Follow safety protocols and maintain clean job sites
- Complete apprenticeship coursework and hands-on training modules
- Use basic plumbing tools and equipment safely and effectively
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Willingness to complete paid apprenticeship program (4-5 years)
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Team player with excellent communication skills
