Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems under mentorship
- Assist with fixture repairs, pipe fitting, and drain clearing
- Follow safety protocols and building codes strictly
- Perform diagnostic evaluations of plumbing issues
- Use hand/power tools and equipment safely
- Document work orders and maintain inventory
- Participate in ongoing training programs
Qualifications
- No prior plumbing experience required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Pass background check and drug screening
