Responsibilities
- Install and repair residential plumbing systems under supervision
- Assist with pipefitting, fixture installation, and drain cleaning
- Perform safety inspections and follow OSHA guidelines
- Maintain clean job sites and company equipment
- Communicate effectively with homeowners and team members
- Complete paperwork and service documentation accurately
Qualifications
- No experience required – we provide paid training!
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Drug-free workplace compliance (pre-employment screening)
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
- Willingness to obtain Florida plumbing license within 12 months
