Responsibilities
- Assist senior plumbers with residential and commercial plumbing installations
- Perform pipe repairs, fixture replacements, and drain cleaning under supervision
- Conduct plumbing system inspections and report findings
- Maintain clean and safe job sites at all times
- Follow local plumbing codes and safety protocols
- Complete basic maintenance tasks like fixture adjustments and minor repairs
- Participate in weekend on-call rotations as needed
Qualifications
- No prior plumbing experience required – training provided
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Willingness to obtain Massachusetts plumbing certification within 6 months
- Basic hand tool proficiency
