- Complete service reports and maintain clean work sites
- Collaborate with senior plumbers on complex projects
- Participate in ongoing skills development programs
Qualifications
- No prior plumbing experience required – we train! Must have reliable transportation
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs, work in confined spaces, and stand for extended periods
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Willingness to work flexible weekend shifts (Thu-Sun)
- Basic hand tool knowledge preferred but not mandatory
- Commitment to safety and customer service excellence
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
