Responsibilities
- Perform residential plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance under supervision
- Diagnose plumbing issues using industry-standard tools and techniques
- Assist senior plumbers with fixture replacements (faucets, toilets, water heaters)
- Follow safety protocols and maintain clean job sites
- Complete service reports and maintain inventory of tools/materials
- Respond to emergency weekend plumbing calls as needed
- Learn and apply plumbing codes and regulations specific to DC/VA
Qualifications
- No plumbing experience required – we train motivated candidates!
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
- Reliable transportation to job sites across DC and Northern VA
- Willingness to work weekends and occasional holidays
- Basic hand tool proficiency or mechanical aptitude
