Responsibilities
- Install and repair residential plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and water heaters
- Diagnose plumbing issues using diagnostic tools and manual inspection
- Perform drain cleaning, pipe unclogging, and sewer line maintenance
- Adhere to local plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Assist senior plumbers with complex installations and repairs
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Provide excellent customer service and clear communication
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- No prior plumbing experience necessary – we train from scratch
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in tight spaces
- Basic hand tool knowledge preferred but not required
- Willingness to obtain Michigan plumbing license within 6 months
- Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills
- Must pass background check and drug screening
