Responsibilities
- Assist master plumbers with installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems
- Learn to diagnose leaks, clogs, and fixture issues
- Follow safety protocols and OSHA guidelines
- Prepare job sites and clean up after work completion
- Document work orders and material usage
- Participate in ongoing training programs
- Provide excellent customer service
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in tight spaces
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
